POP Email Account Configuration Tool

This tool will only work with email accounts hosted at Tools for Organizations.

You must have your POP email address (you@yourdomain.org) in order to use this tool. If you do not have this, contact your web site administrator/coordinator at your organization.

You will be able to print out this configuration document if desired, or you can go between your email program and this web page as you set it up. Please note that there is infomation presented that will be different for each email account, so if you do print this, it cannot be used for all your organizations accounts.

If you use an email program other than one listed as an option, try the next closest version. If it does not accurately reflect your setup, please let me know so I can work on adding your email program & version to this system.

You will need to know the version of your email program. This is usually under Help => About...

Please READ all information presented, and DO NOT skip steps, or just scan through. This will save you time and frustration if you do it right the first time.
